    In the central part of the reverse are relief images of the Trinity Cathedral (12th century), fortress walls and towers (14th-15th centuries) of the Pskov Kremlin on a riverbank. At the top along the rim is the text: PSKOVSKY KREML (Pskov Kremlin). At the bottom right, within a stylized frame, is a two-line date: 'X-XIX vv.' (10th-19th centuries).

    In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination 'THREE RUBLES'. Slightly below on the left are the metal's designation from the periodic table, Ag, and its fineness, 900. Below, in the center, is the mintage year '2003'. Below and to the right are the weight of the precious metal in pure form, 31.10, and the manufacturer's (mint) designation 'MMD'. Within a characteristic dotted circle in the central part is a double-headed eagle, and below it is the name of the coin's issuer 'BANK OF RUSSIA'.
