    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the Monument of Friendship (sculptors M.F. Baburin, G.P. Levitskaya), erected in 1965 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Bashkiria's accession to the Russian state; on the left is a fragment of the monument, on the right is the coat of arms of the city of Ufa. At the bottom in two lines is the text: MONUMENT OF FRIENDSHIP 'UFA'.

    In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination 'THREE RUBLES'; slightly below on the left is the metal designation from the periodic table Ag and the fineness 900; below in the center is the year of mintage '1999'; below on the right is the weight of the pure precious metal 31.10 and the mintmark (mint) 'SPMD'. In the central part of a characteristic dotted circle is a double-headed eagle, and below it is stamped the name of the coin's issuer 'BANK OF RUSSIA'.
