    In the central part, on a mirror field, there are relief portraits of K. Minin and D. Pozharsky. Above them is a waving banner with the face of Christ. Below the portraits, in an oval cartouche, is a horizontal two-line inscription executed in a stylized handwritten font: 'PEOPLE'S MILITIA'. To the right and left of the portraits are two vertical matte sectors covered with decorative ornaments. In the lower part of the right segment is the date: '1612'.

    In the upper part, along the rim arc, the coin's denomination 'THREE RUBLES' is indicated. Slightly below on the left are the metal designation from Mendeleev's periodic table Ag and the fineness 925. Below, in the center, the minting year '2012' is placed. Below, on the right, the weight of the precious metal in pure form 31.10 and the manufacturer's (mint) designation 'SPMD' are struck. In the central part of a characteristic dotted rim, a double-headed eagle is located, and below it, the issuer's name 'BANK OF RUSSIA' is struck.
