In the right part of the disc, there is a relief image of an Orthodox five-domed church and a bell tower; behind them is a section of a fortress wall; to the right of the rim and behind the wall are separate buildings; above is a four-line inscription: 'YEAR OF GERMANY IN RUSSIA'.
