In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the station building's facade, below it – the date '1864', around the circumference – text: at the top – 'KAZANSKY RAILWAY STATION', at the bottom – 'MOSCOW'.
Obverse
In the upper part, along the rim arc, the coin's denomination 'THREE RUBLES' is indicated. Slightly below on the left are the metal designation from Mendeleev's periodic table Ag and the fineness 925. Below, in the center, is the mintage year '2007'. Below, on the right, are the weight of the precious metal in pure form 31.10 and the manufacturer's (mint) mark 'MMD'.
