    On the mirror field of the coin on the left is a relief image of the monument to Peter I in Tula depicted as a blacksmith; to the right of it is an image of a flintlock pistol in the 18th-century style; in the right part of the disc is a fragment of a relief ornament characteristic of Tula decoration for parade weapons; in the background is a contour image of the dome of the Tula State Museum of Weapons building; along the rim is the circular inscription: 300TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BEGINNING OF STATE WEAPON PRODUCTION IN TULA.
