    In the central part of the reverse are relief images of sailing ships during the assault on the fortress of Corfu; to the left above them is a portrait of Admiral F.F. Ushakov, below him in a semicircle is the text: F.F. USHAKOV. Around the circumference are inscriptions: at the top on a ribbon - '300TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RUSSIAN FLEET', at the bottom - 'ASSAULT ON THE FORTRESS OF CORFU. 1799'.

    In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination '25 rubles' and the year of minting '1996', below are the words 'BANK OF RUSSIA'. In the center, within a dotted circle, is a double-headed eagle; below it, on the inside of the dotted circle, on the left is the chemical symbol Ag and fineness 900, then to the right the manufacturer's (mint) mark 'LMD' and the pure weight of the precious metal in the coin '155.50'.
