At the top a five-pointed star, in the center the numeral 50, slightly shifted upward, denoting the coin's denomination, below the word 'RUBLEI' (rubles), under it the mint's monogram (LMD). At the bottom near the edge the year of mintage '1992'. On the left an ear of wheat, on the right an oak branch.
Obverse
At the top along the rim the denomination inscription 'STO RUBLEI' (one hundred rubles), below on the right and left an ornament, at the bottom the inscription BANK OF RUSSIA, in the center a double-headed eagle with lowered wings, feathers with incised lines.
