Reverse The center of the reverse is occupied by the inscription: 10GROSZYPOLS• A laurel branch is located at the left edge, and an oak branch at the right. At the base, the branches are tied together with a ribbon.
Obverse The center of the obverse features a crowned double-headed eagle. On its chest is the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Poland, beneath a royal crown and canopy. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter and sword, and below it is the initial 'I•'. In its left talon, an orb is visible, with the initial 'B•' below it. Together, the letters indicate the mintmaster Jacub Benik. Above the eagle's heads is the issue date '1827', divided by a large crown.
