Below the inscription, the year of mintage is indicated. Under it is a curved line. Below the line are the letters 'P.Z', the initials of Mintmaster Pyotr Zaitsev.
Obverse In the upper part of the coin is a stone crown with three points. In the central part, the inscription: თბილისი (Translation: 'Tbilisi'). In the lower part are a palm branch and an olive branch tied together.
