    The central part features five shields arranged in a cross. The central shield depicts the Coat of Arms of the Russian Empire — a double-headed eagle with scepter and orb. The top shield is the Moscow coat of arms, the bottom is the Siberian Kingdom coat of arms. The left shield is the Astrakhan Kingdom coat of arms, the right is the Kazan Kingdom coat of arms. The top shield is crowned with an imperial crown, the other three shields are crowned with royal crowns. Between the circular shields are four small roses, above them the digits of the year: 1 '7', '6', 2. Along the edge of the coin's reverse is the inscription: ♚ IМПРСКАЯ ♛ РОССÏИС ♛ МОН•ЦЕНА ♛ ДЕСЯТ•РꙊБ The crown at the top of the reverse is imperial, the other three crowns are royal.
