Reverse In the central part, an inscription in two lines: ПѦТЬКОПЕЕКЪ (FIVE KOPEKS). Below it, the year of minting — 1713. Above the inscription — five raised tally marks. The marks denote (duplicate) the coin's denomination. Along the edge of the coin — a twisted border of dots.
Obverse The center of the obverse is occupied by the coat of arms of the Russian Empire — a double-headed eagle. Both heads of the eagle wear crowns, and a third, larger crown is between them. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. Along the edge of the coin — a twisted border of dots.
