    In the central part of the coin's reverse is a square cartouche with four decorative scrolls on all sides. Inside the cartouche is text in four lines: NOT UNTO US, NOT UNTO US, BUT UNTO THY NAME. In the lower left corner of the cartouche, the abbreviation "S•M•" is stamped, and in the right corner "F•C". Together they indicate the Saint Petersburg Mint and its mintmaster, Fyodor Tsentreus.

    In the central part is depicted a cross-shaped monogram, consisting of 4 letters "P", each topped with an imperial crown, and a Roman numeral "I" in the center. Along the rim is the text: POL TNIA 1799 GODA, separated by four imperial crowns.
