In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. In the upper part, around the eagle, the text: MOSKOVSKI POLTINA. Below the eagle, divided by its tail, the minting year '17 — 12'. The edge of the coin features a twisted dotted border.
