    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the architectural ensemble of the Church of the Holy Trinity against a background of trees. Below are inscriptions separated by a horizontal line with a dot in the middle: in two lines — 'CHURCH OF THE HOLY TRINITY' 'ST. PETERSBURG'. Around the circumference along the rim — 'KULICH AND PASKHA'.

    In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination 'THREE RUBLES'. Slightly below on the left is the metal designation from Mendeleev's periodic table, Ag, and the fineness 925. Below, in the center, is the mintage year '2010'. Below on the right is the weight of the precious metal in pure form 31.10 and the manufacturer's (mint) mark 'MMD'. In the central part of a characteristic dotted circle is a double-headed eagle, and below it is stamped the name of the coin's issuer 'BANK OF RUSSIA'.
