The center of the reverse is occupied by a double-headed eagle. Both of its heads bear crowns, and a third, larger crown is positioned above and between the heads. On the eagle's breast, under a crown and canopy, is the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Poland (a single-headed crowned eagle). In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter and a sword, and in its left, an orb. Below each talon are the initials 'I•' and 'B•', indicating the mintmaster Jakub Benik (J. Benik). Above the eagle's heads is the mint year '1816', divided by the large crown. Around the eagle is a circular inscription: 2. ZŁOTE POLSKIE. 43 43/125 Z GRZ• CZ• KOL•
  • Obverse
The center of the obverse features the right-facing profile of the Russian Emperor Alexander I. In the upper part of the coin, a six-pointed star visually marks the beginning of the inscription: ALEXANDER I CESARZ SA• W• ROS• KRÓL POLSKI (Translation: 'Alexander I Emperor and Autocrat of All Russia, King of Poland')
