In the central part — an image of the Dmitrievsky Cathedral, to the right and left of it — matte images of fragments of stone carving, at the top — a circumferential inscription: «DMITRIEVSKY SOBOR XII v.», at the bottom — a linear inscription: «g. VLADIMIR».
Obverse
In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination «THREE RUBLES», slightly below on the left is the metal's designation from Mendeleev's periodic table Ag and fineness 925, below in the center is the mintage year «2008 g.», below on the right is the weight of the precious metal in pure form 31.10 and the manufacturer's (mint) designation «SPMD». In the central part of a characteristic dotted rim is a double-headed eagle, and below it is stamped the name of the coin's issuer «BANK OF RUSSIA».
