On the eagle's breast is the Moscow coat of arms, a shield depicting St. George the Victorious on horseback spearing a dragon. Around the shield is the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called. On the wings are the titular coats of arms: on the right — Kazan, Astrakhan, and Siberian; on the left — Polish, Taurican, and Finnish. In its right talon the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left — an orb. Under the right talon is the letter 'П', under the left — the letter 'Д'. The initials of Mintmaster Pavel Danilov. The rim is decorated with denticles.
