    In the central part of the reverse are relief images of a panorama of the architectural monuments of the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery and two bells. Above the monastery image is the text: FOUNDED IN 1398. Around the circumference are the inscriptions: "SAVVINO-STOROZHEVSKY MONASTERY", "ZVENIGOROD".

    In the upper part, along the rim arc, the coin's denomination "THREE RUBLES" is indicated. Slightly below on the left are the metal designation from Mendeleev's periodic table Ag and the fineness 900. Below, in the center, is the mintage year "1998". Below on the right are the weight of the precious metal in pure form 31.10 and the manufacturer's (mint) mark "MMD". In the central part of a characteristic dotted circle is a double-headed eagle, and below it is stamped the name of the coin's issuer "BANK OF RUSSIA".
