In the left part of the coin, along the edge, is a laurel branch, and in the right part, an oak branch. At the base, the branches are intertwined with a ribbon forming a bow. Raised dots are stamped around the entire edge of the coin.
  • Obverse
The center of the obverse is occupied by a double-headed eagle — the coat of arms of the Russian Empire. Both heads of the eagle bear crowns, and a third, larger crown is positioned between them. All three crowns are connected by a ribbon. On the eagle's breast is the coat of arms of Moscow — a shield depicting St. George the Victorious on horseback, slaying a serpent with a long spear (the serpent's head is to the right). Surrounding the shield is the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called. The coats of arms on the wings: Left wing: Polish, Tauridian, Finnish. Right wing: Kazan, Astrakhan, Siberian. In the right talon is a scepter, above it the letter 'M'. In the left talon is an orb, above it the letter 'W'. Together, the letters indicate the Warsaw Mint. The central part is separated from the rest of the design by a circle of dots. Outside this circle is the text: ЧИСТАГО СЕРЕБРА 6 ЗОЛОТНИКОВЪ 31 1/2 ДОЛЕЙ (Pure Silver 6 Zolotniks 31 1/2 Dolya), divided at the top by an eight-petal flower. The rim consists of dots.
