    The central part features the State Emblem of Russia — a double-headed eagle with raised, spread wings. The eagle's heads are crowned with two small crowns, with a third, larger crown above them. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. Under the right wing are the mintmaster initials 'IL'. The mintmaster's marks are for Johann Luvis LANG (Ivan LANG in Russian interpretation). Around the eagle is the inscription: ВСЕѦ• РОСIИ• ПОВЕЛIТЕЛЬ• and the year of mintage in Cyrillic — 1707. The edge of the coin has a beaded border.
  • Obverse
    The center of the obverse is occupied by the right-facing profile of Peter I, crowned with a laurel wreath. Around the portrait is the inscription: ЦРЬ: I: В: К: ПЕТРЪ АЛЕSIЕВИЧЪ. The rim of the coin consists of denticles.
