The central part of the coin features a double-headed eagle – the coat of arms of the Russian Empire. Both heads bear crowns, with a larger third crown between them. The eagle's wings are raised and its feathers are spread. From its neck hangs the chain with the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. On the eagle's chest is the coat of arms of Moscow – a shield depicting St. George the Victorious slaying a serpent with a long spear. Along the edge circumference of the coin are stamped its denomination 'МОНЕТА• РꙊБЛЬ•' and the year '1734'.
