The eagle's wings are raised and its feathers are spread. From its neck hangs the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. On the eagle's chest is the coat of arms of Moscow – a shield depicting St. George the Victorious slaying a serpent with a long spear. Along the edge circumference, the coin's denomination 'MONETA• RUBL•' and the year '1734' are struck.
