In the central part, within a circle, are depicted children's toys hanging on strings. To the right of the image are the Latin letters 'GT' - the artist's mark of Gary Taxali. Along the edge of the coin are inscriptions in English: at the top the inscription '25 CENTS', at the bottom the year of minting '2012' and the country name 'CANADA'.
Obverse
In the center is the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain. In the truncation of the portrait are the Latin letters 'SB' - the artist's mark of Susanna Blunt. To the right and left of the portrait, split into two parts, is the Latin inscription: on the right - 'ELIZABETH II', on the left - 'D∙ G∙ REGINA' (Elizabeth II, by the Grace of God, Queen). The edge of the coin features decorative raised dots.
