    In the central part, within the inner field, is the coat of arms of the Finland Proper region. It features a crowned heraldic shield depicting: a lowered visor of plate armor, a crown above it, and flags on both sides. To the left of the shield is the numeral 5, to the right is the Latin letter 'T' - the artist's mark of Nora Tapper, and a heraldic lion in a circle - the mintmark of the Finnish Mint. Along the upper edge arc is the year of issue '2010'. Below is the inscription in Finnish 'EURO' (Euro).
