Along the edge arc: left, the Mexico City Mint mark; right, the year of issue 2007; top, the name of the state Zacatecas in Spanish: "Zacatecas".

In the central part, within a circle of silver-colored metal, the Coat of Arms of Mexico. Left, top, and right along the rim, the country name United Mexican States in Spanish: "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS". Left, bottom, and right along the rim, a wreath of oak and laurel leaves.
