In the central part of the reverse, a relief image of an old building with two towers. Above the building, the inscription: "$100" - 100 pesos. To the left, a portrait of a man facing forward. Along the upper rim arc, the name of the state of Guerrero in Spanish: "GUERRERO". Along the right rim arc, a two-line inscription: the Mexico Mint mark and the year of issue 2006. Below, a stylized maritime-themed design.

In the central part, within a circle of silvery metal, the coat of arms of Mexico. To the left, top, and right along the rim, the country name United Mexican States in Spanish: "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS". To the left, bottom, and right along the rim, a wreath of oak and laurel leaves.
