    In the central part, a left-facing profile portrait of King George VI. Around the edge of the coin, the inscription: 'GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX', which translates from English as 'George VI, by the Grace of God, King of all the Britains', and decorative elements in the form of denticles.
