In the upper part, along the arc of the coin's edge, the name of the country Republic of Liberia in English: 'REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA'. In the lower part, along the arc of the coin's edge, separated by dots, the inscription in English: '5 DOLLARS' - five dollars. The edge of the coin features decorative elements in the form of denticles.
