Along the upper edge arc is the year of issue '2014'. Below is the inscription in Finnish 'EURO' (Euro).

Along the upper edge arc, the country name 'Finland' is repeated twice: first in Finnish 'SUOMI', followed by Swedish 'FINLAND'. Near the bottom rim is the artist's mark for Erkki Vainio - the Latin letter 'e'.
