    Along the upper edge of the coin, an inscription in Russian and Kazakh: 'Звезда ордена Даңқ орденінің жұлдызы' (Star of the Order of Dangq). Below is the year of minting '2008', separated on both sides by raised dots. In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the order's star.
  • Obverse
    Along the rim are inscriptions in Kazakh: on the left '...ҚАЗАҚСТАН', on the right 'ҰЛТТЫК БАНКI...', which translate to 'NATIONAL BANK OF KAZAKHSTAN'. In the center is the state emblem: a shanyrak (the upper domed part of a yurt) in the form of a cross inscribed in a circle, from which support rays radiate, flanked by mythical winged horses, tulpars. Above, between the wings, is a five-pointed star; below is the country name 'KAZAKSTAN'. Beneath the emblem is the large number 50, flanked by raised national ornaments, and below that the inscription 'TEҢGE', highlighted with raised dot elements. To the right of the emblem is the 'ҚҰБ' mintmark of the Kazakhstan Mint.
