    In the central part, within a circle of silvery metal, is the numeral '3', with the horizontal inscription 'EURO' to its left - 3 Euro. In the lower part, following the curve of the coin's edge, is the name of the state, Slovenia, in Slovenian: 'SLOVENIJA' and the year of minting, 2011.
