    In the central part, within the inner field, is the coat of arms of the Finnish region of Savonia. It features a crowned heraldic shield depicting a drawn bow positioned so that the arrowhead points to the upper left corner. To the left of the shield is the numeral 5, to the right is the Latin letter 'T' - the artist's mark of Nora Tapper, and a heraldic lion within a circle - the mintmark of the Finnish Mint. Along the upper edge arc is the year of issue '2011'. Below is the inscription in Finnish 'EURO' (Euro).
