Along the upper rim, the inscription in Polish: 'WOJEWODZTWO WARMINSKO-MAZURSKIE' — 'Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship'. In the central part, the voivodeship coat of arms: a Spanish-style shield divided per pale and per fess. In the chief, an eagle crowned and facing left. On the dexter side, a Holy Lamb facing right with a banner and grail. On the sinister side — an eagle with wings raised, facing left.
