    In the upper part, between horizontal lines, the country name in Dutch 'ARUBA'. On the left, the year of issue '1995'. On the right, the national coat of arms: a quarterly heraldic shield with a cross in the center; in the upper left quarter – an aloe plant; in the upper right – the Hooiberg hill; in the lower left – a handshake; in the lower right – a gear wheel. A lion lies atop the shield; below the shield, laurel branches tied with a ribbon forming a bow. To the left above the shield, a drawn bow and arrow (the mintmaster's mark of Chris van Draanen); to the right, a caduceus (the mark of the Royal Dutch Mint in Utrecht).
