    In the central part of the reverse are left-facing relief images of three flying World War II aircraft: a large central image, with smaller images above and below. Below the image, the manufacturer's name and aircraft designation are inscribed horizontally in English: 'NAKAJIMA Ki-49 DONRYU'. Along the edge of the coin are inscriptions in English: at the top 'AIRCRAFT OF WORLD WAR II', and at the bottom in two lines - '1 CROWN'.

    Centered is the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom wearing a crown. In the truncation of the portrait are the initials of the British sculptor Raphael David Maklouf - 'RDM', below the truncation the Latin letters 'PM' - the mintmark of the Pobjoy Mint, Surrey, United Kingdom. Around the circumference along the rim are inscriptions in English: on the left the monarch's name 'ELIZABETH II', on the right the name of the British Crown Dependency 'ISLE OF MAN' and the year of issue '1995'. The rim is decorated with raised denticles.
