Along the edge of the coin, the text is arranged in an arc: at the bottom, the country name 'SUOMI FINLAND' in Finnish and Swedish is inscribed in a semicircle, flanked on the left by a stylized cornucopia (mint mark) and on the right by the Latin letter 'K' (artist mark for Tapio Kettunen); at the top is the year of issue '2008'.
