Reverse
The central part features the logo of the professional hockey club – the Toronto Maple Leafs. It is a maple leaf with the team's name in English, 'Toronto Maple Leafs'. The central relief design on the reverse is executed in color. Along the edge of the coin are inscriptions in English: at the top the country name 'CANADA', at the bottom the inscription '25 cents' and the year of issue '2006'.
Obverse
In the center is the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain. In the truncation of the portrait are the Latin letters 'SB' – the artist's mark of Susanna Blunt. To the right and left of the portrait, split into two parts, is the Latin inscription: on the right - 'ELIZABETH II', on the left – 'D∙ G∙ REGINA' (Elizabeth II, by the Grace of God, Queen). Below is the Latin letter 'P' – the mint mark of the Ottawa Mint. The edge of the coin features decorative raised dots.
