To the left and above are representatives of the animal and plant kingdoms, and the fungi kingdom, symbolizing the diversity of species on Earth.

    Centered are stylized images of deoxyribonucleic (right) and ribonucleic (left) acids with their abbreviated Latin names 'DNA' and 'RNA'. Between them is a chain of hexagons with symbolic depictions of sciences: medicine (snake), biology (microscope), and chemistry (flask).
