In the central part is the left-facing profile of Habib Bourguiba, below it is the year of minting: "1976". In the upper part, along the edge of the coin, is his name in Arabic: "الحبيب بورقيبة". Below: "رئيس الجمهورية التونسية" - "PRESIDENT OF THE TUNISIAN REPUBLIC".
