In the central part is a facing portrait of King of Tonga Taufa'ahau Tupou IV. Above it, the English text: «F.A.O.» - Food and Agriculture Organization. In the lower part, along the edge of the coin, is the country name in English and the year of issue: «TONGA 2011» - Tonga 2011.
