    To the left, above, and to the right of the central hole is text in English: 'ONE TENTH OF A PENNY', framed by arched patterns. Above it is depicted a British crown. Below the central hole is Arabic script. In the left part, along the arc of the edge, is the Latin inscription: 'GEORGIVS V', on the right - 'REX ET IND: IMP:' - George V King and Emperor of India. The edge of the coin features a denticulated relief.
