Along the lower edge arc, the inscriptions «MINGUZZI MONASSI INC.» — the engravers' marks of Luciano Minguzzi and Guerrino Mattia Monassi. In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of a spider. Above it, the inscription «L. 1», meaning 'one lira'.

Along the arc of the coin's edge on the left, top, and right is an inscription in Italian «REPUBBLICA DI SAN MARINO», translated as 'REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO'. Below is the year of minting «1974». In the central part, three towers are depicted.
