    Central hole, with relief patterns on both sides. Above, a crown - symbol of the British Empire. Below the hole, a two-line inscription in English 'TEN CENTS'. Along the denticulated rim, an inscription split into two parts in Latin 'GEORGE V KING AND EMPEROR OF INDIA': on the left the monarch's name 'GEORGIVS V', on the right the title 'REX ET IND: IMP:'.
