    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of a football flying to the right, leaving a trail behind it. A spiral is drawn on the ball within the pentagons. Above is the logo of the 2004 UEFA European Football Championship. Below, near the rim, is the two-line English text "1 CROWN".
  • Obverse
    Centered is the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom wearing a crown. In the truncation of the portrait are the initials of the British sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley - "IRB". Around the edge of the coin are inscriptions in English: on the left the monarch's name "ELIZABETH II", on the right the name of the British Crown Dependency "ISLE OF MAN" and the year of minting "2004". At the beginning of each inscription is the heraldic symbol of the Isle of Man – a triskelion. Along the rim are decorative raised denticles.
