    Along the edge of the coin, from left, top to right, the Cyrillic inscription of the state Republic of Kazakhstan — 'KAZAKSTAN RESPUBLIKASY', at the bottom the year of minting '2005', separated on both sides by raised elements in the form of dots. In the central part, the national coat of arms: a shanyrak (the upper domed part of a yurt) in the form of a crosspiece inscribed in a circle, from which support rays radiate in different directions, surrounded on the sides by mythical winged horses, tulpars. At the top, between the wings, a five-pointed star, at the bottom the name of the country 'KAZAKSTAN'.
