    In the central part, a baroque-style heraldic shield, surmounted by a crown. The shield depicts: at the top, the patriarchal cross of Hungary and the lion of Bohemia; at the bottom, the coats of arms of Austria and Burgundy; in the center, the crowned coat of arms of Tyrol. Along the arc of the coin's edge, to the right and left, a Latin inscription: 'ARCHID∙AUST∙DUX BURG∙COM∙TYR∙1741' (Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, Countess of Tyrol 1741). Below, framed by a relief pattern, is '1/12'. The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.

    In the center is the right-facing profile of Archduchess of Austria Maria Theresa Walburga Amalia Christina. Along the arc of the coin's edge, a Latin text: to the left and right 'MAR∙THERESIA∙D∙G∙REG∙HUNG∙BOH∙' (Maria Theresa, by the Grace of God, Queen of Hungary, Bohemia). The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.
