In the central part, within a circle, is the Coat of Arms of Peru. Below it is the year of issue: 1975. Along the upper edge of the coin, from left to right, runs the Spanish text: «BANCO CENTRAL DE RESERVA DEL PERU» - Central Reserve Bank of Peru.
