    In the central part, against a background of village buildings, three children are playing football. Above them is the emblem of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). Along the upper edge of the coin from left to right is the English text 'FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE WORLD', below - '10 KWACHA'.
  • Obverse
    In the upper part, along the edge of the coin, is the name of the state in English: 'ZAMBIA'. In the central part is the state coat of arms, consisting of a shield with six wavy vertical stripes, above it crossed a hoe and a pickaxe, and above that a fish eagle. The shield is held by a man and a woman on a grassy field. At the base of the coat of arms is the motto 'One Zambia One Nation'. Below the coat of arms is the year of issue '2000'.
