In the central part of the reverse, a relief image of a right palm resting on a sheet covered with raised dots representing Braille text. Below it, the year of issue «1999». Left of the sheet, symbolic depiction of tools for creating raised-dot text: stylus, slate, and six-dot cell. Above the tools, an inscription in the second row from the rim «Hellen Keller», translates as Helen Keller, philanthropist and activist who supported funds for the education and socialization of people with disabilities.
